Biography
Marissa is an Accountant & Bookkeeper at Future Generations University, where she assists with financial management and bookkeeping to support the organizations programs and operations.
A native of Pendleton County, WV, Marissa grew up in a family deeply connected to the land and developed a strong work ethic through hands-on experience in cattle farming. Her background in cattle farming provides valuable perspective in her accounting work, especially when supporting agricultural and community-based initiatives.
Outside of work, Marissa continues to value her rural roots and the traditions of Pendleton County, maintaining a strong connection to the agricultural community that helped shape her career. She is currently a member of the Young Farmers and Ranchers Program and the West Virginia Farm Bureau.
