Bryan Simmons is the Agroforestry & Land Use Associate at Future Generations University, where he develops educational programming, provides technical assistance to producers and landowners, and works with community partners to advance sustainable agroforestry practices throughout Appalachia. His work includes producer education, outreach, applied research, and the development of value-added agricultural opportunities that strengthen rural economies.

Bryan previously worked in the craft beverage industry, leading production and product development for an award-winning West Virginia distillery. He holds a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University and is committed to supporting sustainable agriculture, rural economic development, and resilient Appalachian communities.
