Kelli Fleming is the Chief Academic Officer and Assistant Dean for Academic Innovation at Future Generations University. Kelli has spent her career focused on improving the student and faculty experience and efficacy in remote-taught academic programs and ways to utilize appropriate technology to create a more learner-centered environment. She holds a PhD Instructional Design and Technology from Virginia Tech and a Master Degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University. Kelli was born near London, England and spent her early years in Bangladesh, Nepal & India. Prior to joining Future Generations University, Kelli was working at the University of Otago in Wellington, New Zealand. Kelli lives in Blacksburg, VA with her partner Dave and their two boys, Asher and Eli.
