Julia is from a small town called White Lake just outside of Detroit. She has spent the last 5 years working for nonprofits to bring youth around the country the chance to experience summer camp even through the pandemic. Her favorite things to do at camp were teaching outdoor living skills, environmental ed, and horseback riding! Throughout that time she has been working on her bachelors degree in Secondary Biology Education. While continuing her education she recently moved to Seneca Rocks, West Virginia to take part in the Future Generations mission.
In her free time, she loves to be outside and enjoy things like rock climbing, horseback riding, hiking, gardening, and cooking new meals! She hopes to learn more about harvesting maple syrup and see all West Virginia has to offer..
